Customer care has been the key to Silver Star Communications’’ success during the past 60 years, and it continues to focus on providing convenient, personal customer care with the opening of the company’s second Silver Star Wireless retail store in downtown Driggs.

February 3, 2010– In 2009 Silver Star Communications began a new program called “Casual Clothes for Charity.” Essentially, this program allows employees to wear jeans on Fridays and in exchange they are encouraged to donate a dollar each week. With each dollar donation the employee is able to submit a local charity of their choice, and at the end of the year the company draws a winning non-profit from the employee entries.
Applications for 2009-2010 Silver Star Scholarship awards are now being accepted. Any graduating senior within the Company’s service territory is eligible to apply. Awards are based on demonstrated need, scholastic achievement and personal life balance.
Silver Star Communications is currently accepting applications for their annual Caring for Community grant program.
